According to documents provided to the select committee, an organization called “One Nation Under God” filed a permit application with the U.S. Capitol Police in December 2020 for a rally on “the election fraud in the swing states.” the US capital will be held Site on January 6, 2021.

Nathan Martin’s phone number and email address are listed under the contact information for ‘One Nation Under God’. A seller who also appeared on the permit application informed the Capitol police that he had told Ali Alexander and Mr. Martin reported and identified that they are affiliated with Stop the Steal. On two of its websites, Stop the Steal advertised the Capitol rally and sought donations to reimburse January 6 expenses.

However, the permit application did not reveal any connection between Stop the Steal and the Capitol event. When a Capitol police officer spoke to Martin at the end of December 2020, Martin claimed he had no information about the event and ordered the officer to speak to the seller. According to the police officer, the seller was ‘shocked’ to hear this, because he was in ‘daily communication’ with Mr. Martin on the event.

Following the January 6 attack, Alexander issued a statement acknowledging that Stop the Steal had obtained the event permit “for our ‘One Nation Under God’ event.” Alexander explained that it was the intention of Stop the Steal to guide the participants of the event at the Ellipse to march to Lot 8 on the American Capitol site after the rally, after which the Capitol police gave the permission for the gathering “One Nation Under God”. However, the permit application estimated that the event would have only 50 participants.

According to press reports, Mr. During the weeks before the January 6 attack during Stop-the-Steal-sponsored events, Alexander repeatedly referred to the possible use of force to achieve the organization’s goals and claimed that he was in communication with the White House and congressmen about events. which is planned to coincide with the certification of the results of the election college in 2020. In addition, Mr. Alexander spoke at a gathering on January 5, 2021, held by the Eighty Percent Coalition at Freedom Plaza in Washington, DC, and led the crowd in a chant of “victory or death.”

Stop the Steal, LLC appears to be a corporate entity affiliated with Alexander, Martin and Stop the Steal. The Terms of Service on a Stop the Steal website refer to Stop the Steal, LLC.

The subpoenas require records to be produced by October 21, 2021, and require Martin and Alexander to testify during depositions on October 28 and 29, respectively.

The select committee last week issued summonses to 11 individuals related to the rally held at the Ellipse on January 6, 2021 before the violent attack on the Capitol. In addition, the Select Committee issued summonses for the record and testimony of four individuals closely associated with the former president in the days surrounding the 6th uprising.

The 1/6 committee looks at the connection between Stop The Steal, the White House and the Capitol attack

The House 1/6 committee inquiry is another track, but it follows the same line as the Senate Judiciary Committee’s report on Trump’s intention to use the DOJ to reverse the election.

It is no coincidence that Trump held an Oval Office meeting to press the DOJ on January 3, 2021, and three days later the Capitol was attacked.

The more evidence emerges, the clearer the picture becomes that after Trump’s coup plans for the election with the DOJ failed, he tried to block the certification of the election by 1/6 attack.

The 1/6 committee systematically protects Donald Trump.
