“The important matches you win, especially at home in Bengaluru, were the most amazing, and it’s something so special as a captain when you see the team pull things out,” Kohli added.
The 32-year-old will now shift his focus to the T20 World Cup. Kohli will lead the national team in the shortest format of the match for the last time, and he will want to end the country’s fourteen-year wait for the T20 World Cup title.
