India is going to start their T20 World Cup campaign against arch-enemies Pakistan in Dubai on 24 October. Agarkar recalls the 2007 campaign in South Africa where Team India defeated Pakistan in an exciting final to win the first edition of the T20 World Cup.
“The whole tournament (2007 T20 World Cup) was a dream trip for us. We never thought that a lot of young people could achieve such an achievement, also against Pakistan. I think the rivalry between India and Pakistan is always a tidal wave emotions and is one of the most anticipated clashes during the World Cup, ”he concluded.
