In the arrests of Aryan Khan and Rhea Chakraborty, the NCB relies on WhatsApp chats to make their case strong: Reports | Hindi Movie News – Bollywood

Two of the major and high-profile alleged drug cases exposed by the Narcotics Control Bureau are one involving actresses Rhea Chakraborty and the latest with Shah Rukh Khanand son Aryan Khan. But you can make the agreements in both cases that have been cracked down on by the central agency against drugs. In both cases, the NCB did not show any drug seizures from any of them. The NCB did not even perform blood tests to determine if they had used drugs. But what made the case against both of these celebrities in B-town were their Whatsapp messages and chats. In both cases, after the accused was detained, the NCB confiscated their cellphones and included access to material stored therein, including: WhatsApp chats to make their case stronger, and they were later arrested. The only difference is that in the case of Rhea, while investigating Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case, the Enforcement Directorate handed over her cellphone to the NCB after she found some suspicious chats and messages. In the case of Aryan, the NCB confiscated his cellphone after conducting a raid on the ship. During Rhea’s case, NCB stated that the actress was an ‘active member of a drug syndicate’. And this time, in the case of Aryan, the NCB again claims that the star child may be involved in an international drug missile. And all of these allegations by the NCB are in both cases based solely on the material retrieved from their mobile devices, Whatsapp chats and messages. While granting bail to Rhea Chakraborty, the High Court in Bombay said she ‘did not belong to the chain of drug dealers and that she did not send the drugs allegedly obtained by her to anyone else for monetary or to earn other benefits’.
