It looks like Nayte Olukoya scored only a few important points with Michelle Young.
The teacher and former Division I basketball player gave him the first impression that he had risen during the premiere of season 18 The Bachelorette on October 19th.
Nayte was actually the first contestant to step out of the limousine and meet Michelle. “I just want to say that I’m so happy to be here with you now,” he told her, “and I look forward to seeing if you and I have what they are looking for.”
They shared a hug, and he made her giggle with his pickup. “Before we begin this journey,” he continued, “I just want to say, ‘It’s better Nayte than ever.’
It soon became clear that Nayte had been beaten. “Michelle is wonderful,” he said. “People say they have butterflies. I had pigeons in my stomach.”
While the evening started well, Michelle soon realized that not all the men were here. the right reasons. For example, she sent a suitor Ryan Fox home when he learned, he brought notes about her and The old guy franchise, including, as she puts it, a “play-by-play book on how to get screen time and how not to be a villain.”
