“Why was I handed a hot gun?”

Alec Baldwin accidentally shot dead a crew member on a movie set on Thursday while filming the western “Rust” in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

According to Deadline, Baldwin fired a prop rifle that killed one member and injured another.

The fatal shooting is currently being investigated.

Apparently Alec Baldwin was waving the loaded gun when it went off.

It is unclear where the union received the information that the round fired by Baldwin was alive as none of the members were on the film set.
