The Lincoln project for Greg Abbott with new complaints about ethics

Governor Greg Abbott (R-TX) has had a Lincoln Project ad picked up by national television, and now the group will file an ethical complaint against the governor.
The Lincoln project said in a statement to PoliticusUSA:
In September, The Lincoln Project delivered an ad that was critical of Governor Greg Abbott’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The PAC bought airtime through ESPN on the Longhorn Network during a UT Austin football game. Moments before the kick-off, The University informed The Lincoln Project that they did not commercial – claims an unknown policy against the launch of political ads.
In October, next month, the University grants access to Darryl K. Royal Texas Memorial Stadium to the extremist media Breitbart for an exclusive interview with the governor of Texas – an interview during which the governor disseminates incorrect information about vaccines and public officials health attacked for prescribing mandates.
… ..
The Lincoln Project has filed a request for freedom of information at the University of Texas at Austin and Greg Abbott’s official office to determine if there is communication between the school and those in the governor’s office about blocking the ad which is critical of the governor. The Lincoln project will also file a complaint with the Texas Ethics Commission against Abbott for abusing official time and resources to advance his re-election campaign.
Greg Abbott abused the power of his office
It appears that Greg Abbott abused his power as governor to air an advertisement that was critical of him throughout the United States. Abbott was able to get the ad to kill by exercising the influence of his office at the University of Texas.
The Lincoln project does not drop the case, and their complaint shows their willingness to eradicate corruption and Trump influence in the Republican Party.
In America, it is currently no longer about Republican versus Democrat, but it is now a battle between those who want to destroy and those who want to save democracy.
