‘Do not touch me’: Kyrsten Cinema again confronted by activists at the airport

Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ) was again confronted by an activist at an airport, who asked the senator to demand, “Do not touch me.”

The incident is the second time that Cinema was faced in an airport this month.

Video appeared Monday showing how Cinema walks and talks to Senator Tim Scott (R-SC) when a self-described ingredient approaches.

Cinema largely ignores the woman as she talks about meeting lobbyists and the consequences of climate change.

“Every year in Arizona it gets hotter and hotter,” the woman said. “We break records… People suffer. Your voters are suffering. What are you going to do about climate change? ”

At one point, the woman comes too close to the Democratic senator’s comfort, leading Sinema to insist, “Do not touch me.”

Par for the course

With the video shot mainly above the waist, it is difficult to say whether the woman’s hand ate Sinema or that she simply got too close which led to a preventative reaction.

“I did not touch you,” the woman replied.

While both Sinema and Scott do not further acknowledge the activist, the few comments exchange that reject her presence.

“Sorry about that,” she tells Scott.

“It’s equal to the course,” he replied laughing.

The two then step on an escalator while what appears to be a security guard, before stepping, causing the woman to plead from below, “Please answer me, senator.”

Kyrsten Cinema Charged at Airport

Senator Kyrsten Sinema’s long-standing opposition to President Biden’s social services and spending on climate change has put a target on her back for liberal activists.

She was confronted by leftists at Reagan National Airport in Washington, DC, earlier this month.

That incident included a visit by an illegal immigration activist on the plane who demanded a commitment on a path to citizenship for DREAMers.

Maybe the most shocking incident involving Senator Kyrsten Sinema took place outside an airport.

During the first week of October, a group of progressive activists followed Sinema in a bathroom and then picked her up while standing outside the stall to protest immigration reform and her opposition to Democrats’ economic agenda.

ABC News a week later portrayed Sinema as a “hard turn to the right” by resisting the Democrats’ $ 3.5 trillion spending spree.

“Once a strong progressive, Arizona’s senior senator took a hard turn to the right,” ABC tweeted. “On the face of it, it appears to be an attempt to make her more eligible by bringing moderate and conservative voters to court.”

Such a characterization undoubtedly provides misinformation to these overzealous activists, prompting them to confront her as if she were your average Trump supporter.

The fact that she ignored one of her ‘voters’ while having a conversation with Scott, a Republican, will only add to their dismay.
