Relief for Samantha Ruth Prabhu in defamation case: Court orders YouTube channels to remove malicious videos of actress | Hindi Movie News – Bollywood

A big relief for South star Samantha Ruth Prabhu has come in connection with defamation lawsuits she has filed against Youtube channel because she allegedly shared fake and unfounded videos regarding her marriage and tarnished her image. After several trials, the Kukatpally court in Hyderabad finally handed down a sentence in favor of the actress. The judge, who heard Samantha’s case, has now asked YouTube channels to remove the content and warned them to upload it in the future. After Samantha and Naga Chaitanya announced their divorce earlier this month, along with several netizens, many YouTube channels spread stories blaming the actress for the divorce. Samantha was killed by character, with people claiming she had extramarital affairs, while also accusing her of having abortions. Tired of hearing such rumors, she filed defamation cases against three channels and lawyer CL Venkat Rao. The court also asked Venkat Rao not to make unfounded accusations about Samantha’s life. Earlier, when reports of her alleged affairs appeared on social media, she took to Instagram to dismiss the scattered derogatory comments, while also thanking her loyal fans for standing up for her. She wrote: ‘Your emotional investment in a personal crisis has overwhelmed me. Thank you for all of you showing deep empathy, concern and defending me against false rumors and stories being spread. They say I had affairs, never wanted children, that I was an opportunist and now that I had abortions. A divorce in itself is an extremely painful process. Let alone give me time to heal. This attack on me personally was relentless. But I promise you, I will never allow it or anything else they say breaks me. ‘
