Currently housed in Mumbai’s Arthur Road jail, prison officials recently reported that Shah Rukh Khan sent a bill of exchange of Rs.4500 from which he could buy goods at the canteen. According to the latest reports, Aryan, who does not like the food and water server in jail, bought biscuits and mineral water from that money. Not only that, but Aryan also bought some books at the library to spend his jail time reading them. In particular, according to the rules of the prison, a prisoner can receive a money order of Rs 4500 maximum for their expenses within the prison. Also recently, when Shah Rukh Khan met his 23-year-old son in prison on October 21, Aryan apparently told him that he was having trouble adjusting to the prison conditions and food provided in the prison. SRK then asked the prison officials present if they could get homemade food for his son. Reports, however, indicate that officials told the actor that they need to get special permission from the court to do so. Meanwhile, his bail hearing will continue today in the High Court in Bombay. The former Attorney General of India, Mukul Rohatgi, presented the case to Aryan Khan in court. On the other side, NCB is against his bail plea and claims that Aryan Khan could possibly be involved in international drug trafficking. His bail plea was earlier rejected by the lower court. Aryan was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau on October 3 after conducting a raid on a vessel. NCB officials allegedly seized illicit drugs from the ship.
