But Judge Tavade interrupted him and told him he would not entertain his petition. He said: ‘I’m not going to entertain it. You have a forum. Do not waste my time. ‘ D’Souza also claimed in his plea that SRK’s manager Pooja Dadlani gave Rs 50 lakh to KP Gosavi, a witness in the case, to get Aryan released. However, the money was allegedly returned after the NCB arrested Aryan in the case on October 3, the application reads. Sail said in his affidavit that Gosavi, Dadlani and D’Souza met on October 3.
