Shah Rukh Khan’s manager, Pooja Dadlani, was Mumbai Police‘s Special Investigation Team (SIT) on November 8, but she did not show up with reference to ‘health issues’. In addition to Pooja, Chunky Panday’s brother, Chikky Pandey was also summoned, but he also did not appear with reference to COVID-19. According to reports, one of the witnesses in the cross-drug busting case, KP Gosavi, contacted Chikky to get in touch with Dadlani. Meanwhile, Shah Rukh’s son, Aryan Khan, who is out on bail in the infamous drug case, was also summoned on November 7 by the Narcotics Control Bureau’s Special Investigation Team (SIT) under the leadership of IPS officer Sanjay Kumar Singh. According to an official, the starkid did not appear because he was down with fever. While Aryan failed to appear before the SIT with reference to ‘mild fever’, his friend Arbaaz Merchant and co-accused Achit Kumar at the NCB office and was questioned for several hours. According to the latest twist, or rather, an allegation is made by one Vijay Pagare, who claims to have been part of the alleged pre-attack discussions. Pagare claims an agreement was reached with Shah Rukh Khan’s manager, Pooja Dadlani, for Rs 18 crore to release Ariese Khan but it had to be canceled due to the whole Gosavi-Aryan selfie fiasco. Talking about how the plan was allegedly made and what went wrong, Vijay Pagare told a leading daily newspaper Sunil Patil, Manish Bhanushali, Kiran Gosavi and Sam D’Souza were involved in the deal. He revealed that the ‘deal’ of Rs 18 crore got stuck due to Kiran Gosavi’s selfie with Aryan Khan going viral. He further claimed that Gosavi received only Rs 50 lakh. Pagare then claimed that Bhanushali and Patil had a conversation when he was there where they allegedly discussed that Gosavi had run away with the money. It was quoted as saying that Pagare told the front page of the newspaper: ‘Sunil Patil told me over the phone that everything was messed up because of Kiran Gosavi’s selfie’. He further added: ‘On September 27, two rooms in a hotel were booked. Bhanushali and a girl arrived in one of the rooms at 7.30pm. Me, Gosavi and Patil were in the other room. Bhanushali stayed in that room for two hours. As he was leaving, he came to our room and told Patil that a ‘big game’ had come into our hands. ‘ He then said and we quote: ‘The police recorded my statement in this case. Whatever I heard, I told them. I think these people implicated Aryan. ‘ Earlier, Vijay Pagare also shared a similar story while talking to ETimes. He said: ‘I have reason to believe that the raid was planned in advance and that Aryan Khan ended up in the drug case. The whole strategy was finalized on September 27, while the vessel was struck on October 2. ‘
