JUST IN: Court of Appeal reaffirms strike on Biden’s Covid vaccine mandate for private companies

In September, the Biden regime dropped the iron fist on the private sector and ordered that all employees be stabbed or tested weekly for Covid … OR OTHERWISE.

In addition to the fact that all 2.1 million federal employees are told to be stabbed or shot in the face, the Biden regime has instructed all businesses with 100+ employees to either test workers or prove they have been vaccinated.

Small businesses that do not comply with the Biden regime’s new Covid mandates will be fined heavily.

The mandate was supposed to take effect on January 4, 2022.

Last week, however, an appeal court accommodation issued and Joe Biden’s vaccine mandate for businesses with 100 or more employees temporarily suspended.

The ruling in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit came after several Republican state attorneys general filed lawsuits against the administration.

The court said they found “serious statutory and constitutional” issues with the mandate.

The Biden regime has been told to respond by Monday night to the request for a permanent order against the verdict.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit on Friday upheld its decision to stop Biden’s wax mandate for businesses with 100 employees.

The court said the mandate “exposed [petitioners] to serious financial risks “and” threaten to destroy their workforce (and business prospects). “

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton celebrated the victory on Friday.
