MUST LOOK: Texas HHS denies monoclonal antibody treatments for whites – “If I were black or Hispanic, would I qualify?” – Nurse: “Yes, that’s right”

Earlier this year, the Texas Health and Human Services Division (HHS) performed monoclonal antibody treatments available to COVID patients following the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) authorization for emergency use in February.

The state has issued tens of thousands of monoclonal antibody treatments in recent months, but recently, thanks to a supply shortage encouraged through the Biden administration, the agency began separating who could receive the treatment based solely on the color of their skin.

Now the state only provides the treatment to “high-risk ethnicity groups” while actively refusing to provide the same care to whites diagnosed with Covid.

According to Texas HHS, if you are white, you must be over 65 and / or have additional “high risk” factors to receive the same treatment as other U.S. citizens.

In one shocking example of this state-sponsored racism captured on video, Infowars host Harrison Smith visited a Texas HHS clinic on Saturday where he was denied monoclonal antibody treatment simply because he was white.

Smith, who hosts the American Journal on the InfoWars network, tweeted that he was refused the effective treatment for Covid because of his race, and that he was told that if he was black or Hispanic – then he would have been eligible.

He added that to experience contemporary segregation as “fucking insane”.

Smith even posted the Texas HHS ‘”state infusion hotline” phone number so people could ask the agency themselves about their racist policies.

Dave Riely – a former Republican candidate – accepted him at the request and posted a video of his call with the agency. Sure enough, the HHS employee who answered the phone confirmed the policy.

Reily: “So if you’re a healthy, in-shape, Caucasian, and you show up, are you not going to get an infusion?”

HHS employee: “Based on the criteria we’re meeting now, it’s correct,” they confirmed.

This type of segregation, especially when it comes to medical treatment, is VERIFY, and something that would normally be seen in a place like Communist China, where they currently refuse Uyghurs health care along similar racist lines – it’s absolutely sick that it takes place in the USA.

The infusion centers where the monoclonal antibody treatments take place are directly funded by the Texas government, which means that Governor Greg Abbott’s administration must – at least – be aware of the inexcusable policy.

To deny any American potentially life-saving treatment is never right – Governor Abbott must end this state-sponsored racism immediately.
