Jerry Nadler, chairman of Dirtbag House court, asks for federal review of Kyle Rittenhouse case

Earlier today, a jury in Wisconsin found teenage shooter Kyle Rittenhouse innocent of intentional manslaughter and other charges during the Kenosha left-wing riots.

Following the announcement today, House Democrat Jerry Nadler called for a federal review of the ruling by Biden’s Department of Justice.

Joe Biden calls Kyle Rittenhouse a white supremacy. Maybe Joe should put this one out.

Democrats are just deliberately trying to divide the nation as they always do.

FOX 6 Nou report:

Following the acquittal of Kyle Rittenhouse, who pleads for self-defense in the fatal shooting of two men and the wounding of a third during a night of protests in Kenosha, Wisconsin, in August 2020, House Judiciary Committee chairman Jerry Nadler, DN. Y., asked for a federal review of the ruling by the U.S. Department of Justice.

“This heartbreaking verdict is a mistake of justice and sets a dangerous precedent that justifies federal review by DOJ. “Justice can not tolerate gunmen crossing state lines in search of trouble while engaging in First Amendment-protected protests.” Nadler wrote in a tweet posted Friday afternoon.

For Rittenhouse to face federal charges, there are several complex factors that can make it unlikely for federal prosecutors to pursue a case.

But murder becomes a federal crime when it occurs in violation of federal law, or when it occurs in a federal country or territory.

Shouse Law Group writes, “The federal crime of murder is defined as the ‘unlawful killing of a person with malicious intent.’
