On November 20, the Bombay High Court released his bail order stating the reason for granting bail to Ariese Khan and other accused, Arbaaz Dealer and Munmun Dhamecha. While it is said that no positive evidence was found of any conspiracy between Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant, and Munmun Dhamecha in order to commit drug-related offenses, the court stated in its order: ‘There is hardly any positive evidence on record to convince this Court that all the accused persons with a common intent consented to commit an illegal act.’ Now, Aryan’s lawyer Satish Maneshinde has responded to the court’s bail order and expressed his joy over it. In a conversation with Mirror Now, he said: ‘There was no evidence of any kind whatsoever, the WhatsApp messages proved nothing offensive. Therefore, it was a case of no evidence, in the end the HK accepted it. ‘ However, he also expressed his disappointment that Aryan and the other two accused had to spend more than three weeks in jail as he added, ‘Why were the two gentlemen and lady kept behind bars for more than a month? It’s a shame, but we have to fight our battles. ‘
