Two Senate members join each Republican vote to overturn Biden’s vaccine mandate for businesses

Wednesday night, the U.S. Senate voted to reverse Joe Biden’s Covid-19 vaccine mandate for private companies with 100 or more employees.
The resolution was first passed by Sen. Mike Braun (R-IN) introduced and only needed a simple majority to get through the High House.
Two Democrats, Sen. John Tester (MT) and Sen. Joe Manchin (WV), they sided with every single Republican, who passed the measure with a final vote of 52-48.
Tonight, the Senate voted to reverse President Biden’s vaccine mandate for private enterprises.
This two-party voice is a crystal clear message to the @Wit Huis: Pull back and stop this crazy federal outreach immediately.

Last month, Republicans were able to bring the recall to the Senate floor under the “Congressional Review Act,” which allows Congress to review presidential executive orders. In submitting the resolution, Sen. Braun said Biden’s vaccine mandate is a clear example of the “heavy hand of the government” hurting businesses, and should be challenged by the Senate.
Other IDP legislators agreed, arguing that the mandate was too broad and essentially a federal breach.
While the measure is a major victory that is helping to suppress Biden’s authoritarian mandate at the moment, it is unlikely to become law, as it will still have to pass by a vote in the Democratic-controlled Congress. According to The cup, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi does not even plan to schedule the resolution for a vote in the House.
Of The cup:
“Once the Senate has adopted the resolution to stop Biden’s mandate, it will go to the House, where Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) Does not plan to schedule a vote on it.
Republicans, however, could force Pelosi’s hand if they can get a majority of the House to sign a resignation petition to demand a floor vote. ”
Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) had a wake-up call over the late-night decision to revoke Biden’s mandate, calling the senators who voted for the measure “anti-vaxxers” and comparing them ridiculously to ” flat-earth “conspiracy theorists while raving about” believing science. “
These people are unapproachably crazy.
“Some of the anti-waxxers here in this room remind me of what happened 400 years ago when people clung to the fact that the sun revolves around the Earth. They just did not believe in science. Or 500 years ago when they were sure the earth was flat. ”
One thing is clear, Americans do not want these vaccine mandates. The Senate got this one right, so let’s push Pelosi now to put these anti-American Marxists on record with a vote in the House.
